Wibra, (short for Wierdsma & Braam) is a leading Dutch chain of 290 clothing stores in the Netherlands and Belgium in the discount segment - Textiles, cleaning products, stationery, sweets, toys and cosmetics - has selected ConnectPlaza.
With minimal IT resources, WIBRA needed to find a way to easily build and monitor connections between ERP, WMS, Transport Management, PIM, E-Commerce platform and other (SaaS) applications. With ConnectPlaza, WIBRA has now access to an integration platform where they can easily do this job. Connections between the front- and back-office applications such as inventory, order management, financials and procurement are what their business makes effective and responsive.

Use Case
With the ConnectPlaza integration solution, WIBRA is now able to perform a wide range of functions, ensuring optimal assistance to customers. These functions include goods reception, quality control, storage, order layout, replenishment and picking, management of shortages, packaging, and return management. (Vendor Managed Inventory and Vendor Owned Inventory process). New integrations such as Inventory Management, PIM, EDI and finance are new developments.
