Administrative dashboard
Dashboard
When you login with your administrative account, you will be redirected to the administrative dashboard of the ConnectPlaza web application. You will be shown the following screen.
You can see that this screen is divided into several sections. A menu on the left and an area with the title Overview on the right, which is the initial part of the dashboard shown to the user at start-up. At the top of the screen you find two buttons the Documentation or to Logout. These buttons speak for themselves. At the right of the screen you see the Goto or quick options part of the screen, which get your to the different management parts of your profile.
You can select a different part of the dashboard by clicking in the menu and selecting one of the options presented to you. The different options will be explained in the next chapters.
Overview
The overview gives you information about the status of your licenses (Totals) from a birds eye view and gives you some Quick actions to upgrade your license.
You see the total number of licenses in your profile and the states your licenses are in. The squares are all clickable, so that you can zoom into the selected field of interest. You can see the following buttons on this overview screen.

Quick Actions
If you need a new license for your environment, you can send a messages to Customer Support. You may want to have a new Partner or Enterprise license of a new ConnectAgent (end user) for one of your customers. Or you want a new Login for one of you developers? You can use one of the buttons in the Quick actions.
Depending on your status with your reseller or ConnectPlaza, you can add licenses yourself or you must request an update via an email request.
Adding a license via a request
After pressing one of the buttons, you will be presented with an input screen where you can type your message to Customer Support. For instance, you want a new ConnectAgent License:
The screen will look as above. Type in your message to us and press the button. ConnectPlaza will contact you.
The request screen is also applicable for the other licensetypes.
Adding a license (when authorized to create your own)
Click one of the buttons of the Quick actions bar or select the menu item, to add a license you want.
Creating a new Partner development license
Creating a new ConnectAgent license
Per default your address will be added to this form. Check this form and select the license type you need. Only licenses you are authorized for, will be shown in the Type list.
You can see the following fields on this screen above:

Name | Name of the connectAgent. Per default the company name followed by a sequense number |
Type | License type for ConnectAgents. This list will be prepared accordingly by the authorizations you have |
Connect to Partner | This field will be show if a license type is selected. You have to select the partner license to connect the ConnectAgent to. |

Tags | Tags you can add for selection purposes. |
Login account access | This box becomes visible after selecting the 'Connect to partner' field is selected. You can see all the logins for this partner. Select the ones who need access to this license. Per default, all login accounts will be selected. |

Creating a new login license
When adding a new Login license to your account, you have to enter a valid email address. After selecting Deploy, Control or Analyze you will be presented with a list of all the ConnectAgents.
You can see the following fields on this screen above:

Access to environment | Flag the environments the Login must have access to. Dashboard and Constructor do not need to have any ConnectAgent connections, but if you select Deploy, Control or Analyze the Access to ConnectAgents selector will appear. |
Access to ConnectAgents |
If you selected Deploy, Control or Analyze access, you will be presented with the ConnectAgent selection box. Keep in mind that Control and Analyze licenses are bound to the login and as such, you have access to all the ConnectAgents you will be bound to. So if a change is made to your account and a new ConnectAgent is added to your account, you instantly have Analyze and Control access. Select the ConnectAgent the user must have access to. |

Press Save to save the selection.
Select Yes to save and Cancel to abort the save.
Totals
In the totals overview you can see the totals per license.
Detail overviews
The Partner development licenses, ConnectAgents and Logins buttons, will give you a detailed overview of the licenses you have.
You can also select the apropriate Menu item or Goto item
You can perform the following actions at these detail overviews.
With the button, you can send a message to Customer Support about adding new licenses to the selected license type.
With the button, you open a menu for the specific agent with the following actions:

You can change the details of your ConnectAgent. Key elements may not be changed. As you can see the name, type and date cannot be changed. These are key elements of the agent |
Deactivate/Set active |
You can deactivate this agent. If a ConnectAgent is deactivated, the overview will return a red line indication for this agent. Also the menu item will turn into Set active. |
Request for removal |
Removing a license is not something you can do yourself. License are valid for one year. Only ConnectPlaza employees have the authority to remove licenses from your account, after aproval from the ConnectPlaza management. The next message box will appear. If you are certain, press the Yes button to send your request to ConnectPlaza. You will be contacted when ther request is authorized. |
At the total overview of the logins, you will see what rights the specific login has.

Depending on your authorization, you can activate the license yourself. Or send a request to ConnectPlaza. A sales representative will then contact your about the license. |

Analyze |
Displays if the login has access to Analyze. With the , icon you can send a Request for removal to ConnectPlaza for removal of the license for this specific account. Manage Partner/Enterprise Licenses
You can see the following fields on this screen above:

Manage ConnectAgents
You can see the following fields on this screen above:

Manage Logins
You can see the following fields on this screen above:

Deactivating a Partner/Enterprise or ConnectAgent license
Select the option and the license will be deactivated. The line turns red, like this:
In the example above we see 2 deactivated licenses. And in the main overview of the totals of our licenses we can see now that there are, indeed, 2 Inactive licenses. The box, indicating the 2 Inactive licenses is also turned red.
As we click on the box, we will presented with a message box with the detailed information about those inactive licenses.
And this is exactly what we see. Both licenses are inactive, but only one of them is set inactive by us. The other one has been deactivated by the System Administrator of ConnectPlaza. If we know click on the button, we will get two different set of options. The one we just deactivated, will now have a Set active option, the other one has not.
Now you can, as a company, deactivate the ConnectAgents of you end-users.
If we activate our agent again, the Inactive licenses will drop by 1.
Sending a new password for the Login license
If you select the Logins you can send a new password to the selected login. Just select the option and a new password will be directly send to the email address of the selected login.
